David Tippie the President’s Presentation

In my past I have described my professionalism by reviewing my education and elaborating earlier tasks that were published and generally received well by my piers that also touted training classes I have attended. I have moved into a much higher plane of education today. I found what true greatness and genius is all about and realized it fits me like a glove.

I was listening to Robert Kiyosaki some years back when something clicked in my head. It suddenly occurred to me this man was giving definition to my life in a completely different way than how I had defined it, for myself. My actions from my past seemed to fit this profile, Kiyosaki was explaining to a Tee.

Kiyosaki defined intelligence and genius, but not in the traditional sense of the words. He gave an example of a student he went to school with that could solve the most complicated physics equations as though he were solving an extremely easy crossword puzzle. He went on to say; “But this fellow literally could not tie his own shoes, he did not know his left from his right”. Robert said he began to realize that greater intelligence was the individuals who loved something so much that they spent their entire life learning about the subject. These people tend to have educated themselves to such an extent, that they begin to see something others had not imagined.

Robert’s next description was of the word genius, he describes it as meaning, that there is a (“geni” “in” “us”). Meaning all of us, have genius. We must find where and what that is that moves us to greatness; what inspires us the most and when we find it, pursue it with passion.

I suddenly realized this described my life in health and wellness perfectly. My passion for health and wellness had changed my life 20 years earlier. It has consumed me to such an extent that I research and study continuously.

It is what drives me today and to describe my passion in two words would be: Wellness Industry. Yes, the opposite of the Sickness Industry that only treats symptoms; the wellness industry provides prevention and longevity.

Robert Kiyosaki talked about the only true method of education is that which is motivated by passion and the desire to teach; because it is through teaching that you truly learn your subject.

My Anti-Aging Clinic – personifies this exactly. My passion is to teach teams of people to help people become healthier and younger. The teamwork teaching is reversing what technicians were taught in school. They are taught to be independent companies within themselves. When they are rewarded and penalized as a team, this promotes responsibility, integrity and awareness of their fellow teammate’s excellence or, the lack thereof.

When the teammates are taught to begin to imagine making their body as healthy as they can, this is the first step toward beauty. For instance, Varicose or 'dilated veins’ are created by a lack of circulation (reduced blood flow) from the lower extremities (legs, feet) to the heart. The primary cause is “weight bearing”; such as long periods of sitting or standing without movement. Overweight people as well as people who do not get the proper amount of rest and movement exercise, are potential candidates. The growing awareness of health and wellness will provide the correct atmosphere to our clients that will help generate sales.

The un-healthy conditions that existed before synthetic drugs were prescribed to take by a doctor to lessen the symptom of the original condition  exponentially increase other symptoms when the original symptoms are masked with synthetic drugs such as; depression, disease of all sorts and feelings of helplessness. You may be one of those people or know of someone, who has exhausted their medical treatments in the sickness industry and given up all hope when you or they were told: there is nothing left to be done.

Baby boomers, a unique part of our population, are looking for an alternative to the knife and to anesthesia, which they know presents a very real possibility of death or disfigurement. Using factual existing data and cutting edge science in combination with research and development of treatments and products, teammates have access to the greatest business on earth.

We are able to help those people take back their life and begin to Age Younger, with innovative wellness industry alternatives.

There is absolutely no replacement for passion, in what you do.

Relationships are taught to salespeople in the industry as being the first thing you establish with a potential client to build trust and in essence set the client up for you proposed flimflam or sales pitch.

Building Relationships with your team player and between teammates are not part of business success. It has been my practice to be slow to hire and quick to fire those who choose not to perform that builds a successful organization; an organization that provides an atmosphere where every individual is providing their very best. It was discovered long ago that there can be only one Chief. How the Chief delegates responsibility and his intolerance of poor performance will dictate the success of an organization, not how well the Chief is liked.
